Refund Policy

At Learning Cheetah, we are committed to ensuring our students’ satisfaction with our tutoring services. If you are not entirely satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:

1. Cancellation of Services

a. Trial Sessions: If you have enrolled in a trial session with Learning Cheetah, you may cancel your trial session at any time before the session begins, and you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

b. Regular Sessions: For regular tutoring sessions, you may request a refund for unused sessions within 30 days of your initial purchase. The refund will be calculated based on the number of unused sessions, minus any applicable discounts or promotional offers that were applied to your original purchase.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [Insert Customer Support Email Address] with the subject line “Refund Request.” In your email, include the following information:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • Your Learning Cheetah account username (if applicable).
  • The reason for your refund request.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or transaction ID.

Our customer support team will review your request and process the refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

3. Exceptions

a. Satisfaction Guarantee: We also offer a Satisfaction Guarantee (see separate policy below) to ensure you have a positive learning experience. In cases where the Satisfaction Guarantee applies, it may supersede this Refund Policy.

b. Promotional Offers: If you received a discount or participated in a promotional offer when purchasing our services, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price and any promotional items received must be returned in good condition.
