1. Guarantee Terms

a. Trial Sessions: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the trial session you receive, you may request a full refund for the trial session, and you will not be billed for it.

b. Regular Sessions: For regular tutoring sessions, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the first session you receive, you may request a full refund for the entire initial purchase, including all sessions, within 30 days of your initial purchase.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee Process

b. Promotional Offers: If you received a discount or participated in a promotional offer when purchasing our services, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price, and any promotional items received must be returned in good condition.
